Cambridge Square

Cambridge Square is a 130-acre retail, commercial office and residential community located in Ooltewah, Tennessee. 235,000 square foot commercial and retail; zoned for 340 single family homes; currently home to 30 local Chattanooga brands. 

 

West Village

West Village is an urban redevelopment district in downtown Chattanooga, consisting of street and building renovations on 8th, Pine, and Chestnut, as well as the redevelopment of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield building into a Westin Hotel. The district has been converted into an entertainment destination through its retail and commercial tenants, as well as street-level design features that advocate pedestrian access over vehicular. 

Finley Stadium

Now 20-years-old, Finley Stadium was created as a public private partnership that would serve both the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and the community at large. It is now home to the UTC Mocs, UTC Women's Soccer, The Chattanooga Football Club, the Women's Football Club, the Stars Soccer League, the Chattanooga Marathon, and the Chattanooga Market. Finley Stadium was constructed under the supervision of BP's Jeff Garner.

The Honors Course

BP Construction was engaged by the Honors Golf Course, one of the top ranked amateur courses in the United States, to provide renovation and new construction services for the membership. The Honors sets an extremely high expectation as it relates to both the aesthetic and function of the course and its residential and clubhouse accommodations. BP has been its contractor of record for many years.

 

 

Mayfield Annex Renovation

BP Construction is currently serving as the General Contractor for the renovation of the historic Mayfield Annex Building. Once complete, the building will be home to professional service firms and entertainment destinations.

The Terrace at Frazier

The Terrace at Frazier is a mixed-use building on Chattanooga's North Shore. It includes 50,000 square feet of office and retails space along with luxury private residences overlooking the Tennessee River and downtown Chattanooga. The building is located within walking distance of Chattanooga's most vibrant and dense urban districts, and offers some of the best class-A office space in the city.
