In March of 2019, BP Construction was named as the Master Developer for the Sewanee Village project which entails commercial and residential development in downtown Sewanee.

 

West Village

West Village is an urban redevelopment district in downtown Chattanooga, consisting of street and building renovations on 8th, Pine, and Chestnut, as well as the redevelopment of the Blue Cross/Blue Shield building into a Westin Hotel. The district has been converted into an entertainment destination through its retail and commercial tenants, as well as street-level design features that advocate pedestrian access over vehicular. 

The Honors Course

BP Construction was engaged by the Honors Golf Course, one of the top ranked amateur courses in the United States, to provide renovation and new construction services for the membership. The Honors sets an extremely high expectation as it relates to both the aesthetic and function of the course and its residential and clubhouse accommodations. BP has been its contractor of record for many years.

 

 

Mayfield Annex Renovation

BP Construction is currently serving as the General Contractor for the renovation of the historic Mayfield Annex Building. Once complete, the building will be home to professional service firms and entertainment destinations.

Summit at apison and lee

Completed in 2021, Summit at Apison and Lee and consists of two, two-story professional buildings totaling approximately 19,000 square feet with private parking for employees and patrons. The buildings were designed by River Street Architecture. The top floor of one building was pre-leased to Wright Pediatric Dentistry, now open and operating. Both buildings are equipped with elevators, common area lobbies and second floor balconies. Office suites may range from 1500 to more than 4,000 square feet.
